A freshman is a first-year college student,and the fifteen refers to fifteen pounds(about seven kilograms)of weight many American students will gain in their first year at college.Most of college student don't eat healthy food.At college serve many kinds of food,like:fast foods,unhealthy foods,....When their parents are not around to advise them on,they have to eat outer food.Some students eat fast food,when their studying.The average college student often eats fast food at night,becaue they stay up late at night,and get fast food is easy for them.Furthermore,college students often have a lof of homework or college activities,so they don't have enough time for doing sports.There are some suggestion for staying healthy at college:1.Don't eat when you're boread.2.Fill half of your plate with vegetables.3.Have some fruit after dinner,don't eat desserts.4.Don't eat while you study,keep healthy snackes like baby carrots nearby.5.Never eat food in front of the Tv or the computer,just eat at the dinner table.6.Choose water over sugary drinks.7.Go out of your room for some fresh air and exercise.
